We offer a very simple menu, where you can purchase just the amount of food that you want. And that is the primary reason we choose not to offer meal combos at the moment. We like to keep things simple for our customer and don’t wish you to feel the need to purchase more food than you really want, to avoid unneeded waste. It’s also a way for us to help keep costs down, as we choose to use the highest quality ingredients available.
Part of our menu concept is to offer 2-3 main dishes a day, with each day offering a different option. This allows us to offer our customers a variety of high quality dishes while working within the constraints of a small kitchen.
We have chosen to obtain about 80% of our supplies from a single provider, which has allowed us to establish a strong relationship with this provider, who well understands our high standards regarding quality materials
As part of our 7th anniversary celebration and as a way to introduce some of the soon-to-come changes in our business focus and image, we want to present this entirely new website. We want the website to be more efficient, not just in giving out our basic information, but also as an active way to communicate with our client so that you can get to know us better.
Our history in the arena of selling food began many years ago, selling food on the streets of Miami, Orlando, and then here in Valdosta. This experience has allowed us to arrive at our “adolescent” years with immense gratitude and much that we’ve learned. Likewise, our conscience as a business has expanded, understanding our great responsibility that we who feed other human beings must have
This responsibility must include, among other things, a great respect for nature and the environment. Our commitment and focus must be on providing goods and services that lift up the human being and helps him live with optimal health!
As we continue to learn daily, especially in the last 7 years, we are aware that we are a family business, being the founding father and mother of this business, and are not yet ready to retire and set our associates to run the business. We still need more time to lay down the foundation of a business that will withstand through time, but will also maintain its original objective of doing things the right way and offer goods and services of the highest quality and conscience.
